Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the GoSavis platform, including the customer site, the GoSavis Business operator surface, and any associated services and content. You accept them when you create an account, or when you confirm a Booking without one, by the statement you are shown at that moment, and we record the version you accepted. An account that accepted an earlier version is bound by a later one only once it expressly accepts it, as the next paragraphs set out. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

GoSavis Limited operates GoSavis. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12899784, and our registered office is 32 Eyre Street, Sheffield, England, S1 4QZ.

We may change these terms only in one of the three ways below. Each version is dated and kept, with every earlier version, at the end of this page, and the notice of a change gives you, in an email you can keep and in the app, the version you agreed beside the proposed one, with the complete wording of both kept at addresses that do not change.

Corrections

A typographical or presentational correction that changes none of your rights or obligations, such as a corrected spelling, a broken link or a clearer layout, is published here as a new dated version with an accurate explanation of what it corrects. It is not presented as a change to what you agree, and it is not proposed to you.

Narrow adjustments

A narrow and proportionate change needed to comply with the law or a regulator’s requirement, to address a security risk, or to reflect a technical change in how the platform works, which adds no fee, gives us no new authority to recover money from you, does not substantially increase your liability and does not materially reduce your rights, may apply to you at the end of a notice period. We tell you about it by email and in the app at least 30 days before it applies, setting the version you agreed beside the proposed one with what changes, why, what it means for you and the date, unless the law requires the change sooner. If you do not want it, you may close your account at no cost before it applies.

Changes that need your agreement

A change that adds a fee, gives us a new authority to recover money from you, substantially increases your liability or materially reduces your rights applies to you only if you expressly accept it. We may also propose any other change for your acceptance, and today we propose every change to what you agree in that way. We tell you about such a proposal at least 30 days before the date it is to take effect, unless the proposal states a shorter period and its reason, as this version does; a proposal never applies to you before you accept it.

A proposed version applies to you only if you accept it, which you do by choosing Accept in the notice in the app, where the statement you accept names the documents and the versions. Reading the notice, or choosing Got it, is not acceptance and does not bring the change into effect early, and continuing to use GoSavis is never acceptance. If you accept before the date, the new version applies to you from that date; if you accept later, from your acceptance. If you do not accept, the version you agreed continues to apply to you, nothing you can do on GoSavis is restricted because you have not accepted, and you can still accept later. A change never alters a Booking already confirmed, which keeps the terms in force when you made it. You may close your account at any time, at no cost.

These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the provider conditions displayed for a Booking. A Business also accepts the Operator Agreement when it registers, and that agreement governs its use of GoSavis Business. Where we process personal information on a Business’s behalf, the Data Processing Addendum also forms part of these terms. The checkout summary and provider cancellation conditions form part of the Booking contract.

Definitions

A few terms appear throughout this document. We have tried to use them consistently, and what we mean by each is set out below.

  • Platform: The GoSavis website, applications, and any related services we operate

  • Customer: A person using the platform to discover and book services from a Business

  • Business: A sole trader, company, or organisation that lists services on the platform and accepts bookings through it

  • Booking: An agreement between a Customer and a Business for the provision of a specific service at a specific time, made through the platform

  • Content: Anything posted, uploaded, or transmitted on the platform, including listings, photos, reviews, and messages

Eligibility and your account

To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account, so we strongly recommend choosing a unique password and enabling any additional security features we offer.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, if your activity puts other users at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we close an account at our initiative we will, where practicable, give you notice and a chance to respond before doing so.

The preview

GoSavis offers a preview: a way to look around the platform signed into a sample world, without creating an account. Everything in the preview is sample data. The businesses are not real and nothing you do there creates a real booking, obligation, or payment, on your part or anyone else’s. A preview session cannot see or affect real accounts and businesses, and leaving the preview ends it. If you go on to create a real account, nothing from the preview follows you.

Account security and recovery

You must keep your account credentials secure and use the sign-in protections required for your account. A two-factor reset is not an instant bypass. It requires the current-address confirmation, any additional historical-address confirmation and trusted-history checks, and the applicable business review and callback. The full 72-hour wait starts only after all required checks are complete. Single-use old-address links last 72 hours; pending requests expire after 14 days and no request remains open beyond 21 days, as the recovery instructions explain.

You may cancel an unauthorised request through its cancellation message or a suitably verified signed-in route. Using an existing valid factor while the request waits also cancels it. A new request within 14 days after cancellation requires review before its wait begins.

Completion immediately revokes old passkeys, authenticator factors, recovery codes, sessions and remembered-device trust. Business users must enrol a fresh factor before regaining functions requiring stronger authentication. For seven days after completion, changing payout destinations or the account email, adding owners, and granting or expanding team access are paused. Ordinary payouts to the existing verified destination and existing authorised team access continue unless another justified security restriction applies. Steps needed to remove suspected unauthorised access remain available through appropriate checks.

Support cannot bypass the checks on the spot. An exceptional route for users unable to complete required historical-contact checks is not currently available; the Help Centre explains the available routes without guaranteeing recovery where ownership or authority cannot be established.

Our role on the platform

GoSavis provides the technology that lets Customers and Businesses find each other, agree on a Booking, and complete the related transaction. We are not a party to the underlying agreement for any service that a Business provides to a Customer, and we do not employ, supervise, or direct the work of Businesses listed on the platform.

We use onboarding, payment-readiness and moderation controls and may review documents or information supplied by a Business. A displayed registration detail may be information supplied by the Business unless the platform expressly marks it as verified. Payment-provider readiness is not a guarantee of service quality, suitability or compliance. The service contract remains between the Customer and the Business.

Terms for Customers

When you book a service through GoSavis you enter into a direct agreement with the Business that will provide it. The platform is responsible for facilitating the booking (and, where an online payment option is offered and chosen, processing that payment) and for supporting both sides if something goes wrong; the Business is responsible for the service itself, including its scope, quality, timing, and any aftercare.

You agree to give Businesses accurate information when making a Booking, to behave respectfully towards anyone you interact with through the platform, and to honour the rescheduling rules set out in each Business's listing. If you cannot attend a Booking, please cancel it rather than not arriving: a cancellation is refunded in full inside the statutory cancellation period where the Booking carries one, and otherwise under the cancellation terms shown at checkout, while a no-show charge may apply where one was shown to you before you confirmed. You also agree to leave reviews that are based on your genuine experience and that do not contain offensive, discriminatory, or personally identifying content about a Business's staff or other Customers.

Terms for Businesses

If you list services on GoSavis Business you agree to keep your listings, pricing, and availability accurate, to honour all confirmed Bookings, to perform the services you have agreed to in line with your listing and any applicable professional standards, and to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your trade.

Your business also accepts the Operator Agreement when it registers. It is the agreement between GoSavis and your business, and on anything concerning your use of GoSavis Business, including your listing, your Bookings, the payments taken for them, our fees and your payouts, it governs where it differs from these terms.

You also agree that we may apply the commission and fees set out in the Operator Agreement to each Booking processed through the platform. A change to them is made as the Operator Agreement sets out, and one that adds a fee or increases what your business pays applies to it only once it expressly accepts it. You are responsible for any taxes that arise from your activity on the platform.

If you take one of the optional paid plans, its monthly fee is charged to the card you hold on file when you take the plan and again on each monthly renewal until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Billing in your settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, that month is not refunded, and your account then returns to the free plan and its standard commission. The one exception is where your business ends its Operator Agreement after rejecting a proposed change to it: the plan then ends at once and its unused days are refunded, as the Operator Agreement sets out. A move to a dearer plan is charged when you make it, less a credit for the unused days of the month already paid for on your current plan; a move to a cheaper plan, or to the free plan, takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, with nothing further charged until then. If a renewal payment fails, your account returns to the free plan and we will tell you. The plans and their current fees are described in the Help Centre.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Bookings may use GoSavis Credits under the GoSavis Credits rules and the referral promotional terms. Those rules explain reservations, funding, refunds, expiry and protected original-account access.

The payment methods available for a Booking are shown at checkout. Depending on the Business and service, you may pay online by card through Stripe or agree to pay the Business on arrival. We do not store raw card numbers. Stripe processes the card entry and returns limited identifiers and card information needed to administer the payment.

For ordinary service bookings, a price shown to you on GoSavis includes the GoSavis booking fee: one fixed amount per Booking, between £0.49 and £2.99 depending on the Booking's service total, which you pay in addition to the Business's own price and which is itemised at checkout before you confirm. The fee is charged once for the whole Booking and never for each unit, so where a price is a rate (per person, per room or per hour) the figure shown includes the fee for a single unit, and booking more than one adds the Business's rate again but not the fee. The fee is worked out from the Booking's service total on this schedule: £0.49 up to £20; £0.99 over £20, up to £60; £1.49 over £60, up to £150; £1.99 over £150, up to £300; £2.99 over £300. The lower general bands apply to new Bookings from this release whatever agreement the Business holds. For event orders made after both the organiser’s acceptance of the updated Operator Agreement and the customer’s express acceptance of the updated Terms of Use have taken effect, the buyer’s booking fee is 2.75% per ticket, minimum 25p and capped at 50p. Otherwise, the fee is the lower of that per-ticket total and the lower general booking-fee band applied once for the whole order. The per-ticket minimum can make a multi-ticket order more expensive than the general whole-order fee when both acceptances have taken effect. No booking fee is charged on a free event order. For event bookings made after the organiser’s acceptance takes effect, the organiser pays 0% commission and its own payment provider fee, without a contribution by GoSavis. For parking, the full driver fee is 8%, minimum 30p, only for bookings made after both the owner’s acceptance of the updated Operator Agreement and the customer’s express acceptance of the updated Terms of Use have taken effect. Otherwise, the driver pays the lower of that parking fee and the lower general booking-fee band for the order. An owner whose updated agreement has taken effect keeps 100% of its price on later bookings, and GoSavis pays the provider fee from the driver’s booking fee; other owners keep their existing commission and processing rules. A guest’s express acceptance of the current Terms at checkout satisfies the customer acceptance condition. Checkout shows the Booking's own total, with the fee on its own line, before you confirm. The Business sets its own price; the fee is charged by GoSavis, not by the Business. For an online payment, checkout identifies whether the Business or GoSavis is the payment merchant and shows the amount, timing and applicable conditions before you confirm. GoSavis may also collect a commission from the Business. A pay-on-arrival Booking is paid directly to the Business by a method it accepts.

Where the Business has not turned on automatic acceptance, and always where a Booking includes a service for someone below the age of majority, your Booking is a request until the Business accepts it: making it is an offer to book the Business’s service, not confirmation that the Business will provide it. The Business must accept a request, and we must communicate that acceptance to you, before the earlier of 24 hours after you made the request and the start of the appointment; this applies to every request, including one made on the day of the appointment. We communicate an acceptance by showing the Booking as confirmed in your account, which happens in the same step as the acceptance itself and before that time, and the confirmation email we record in that step and send you straight afterwards is your durable copy of it; a request is never accepted after that time. If that confirmation email is recorded as undeliverable, because your email provider returned it or refused it, the Booking stays confirmed, but if you do not attend it, no no-show charge is taken and your payment is refunded in full, including the GoSavis booking fee, because we cannot show that you were told. Before you send a request, checkout tells you that your Booking is one and the exact time by which the Business must accept it, and the email acknowledging the request states the time recorded for it. You may withdraw a request without charge until it is accepted. A request that is declined, withdrawn or not accepted in time is closed, and anything you paid for it, including the GoSavis booking fee, is refunded in full; a request that was never accepted carries no no-show charge.

The cancellation terms and any no-show charge shown at checkout apply to the Booking, even if the Business changes its terms afterwards, and they sit beneath your statutory rights. In the 14 days that follow the day you make a Booking you may cancel it for any reason, whatever notice you give, and your payment is refunded in full, including the GoSavis booking fee. That period is a right the law gives you: no Business sets it and none may shorten or price it, and because most appointments happen inside it, it is the rule that decides most cancellations. It does not cover an event ticket, which is a contract for a leisure activity on a fixed date, or a Booking a Business makes for you in person at its premises; for those, the Business's cancellation terms decide what comes back from the start, held to the same floor. It does cover a Booking a Business makes for you in person anywhere other than its premises, at your home for example, and one it makes for you by phone or message. Once it has ended, the Business's cancellation terms decide what comes back, and the platform holds every Business to a floor: cancel at least 24 hours before the start and your payment is refunded in full; cancel inside 24 hours and 50 per cent of the price of the service is refunded. A Business may offer terms more generous than that floor and may not offer less. Not attending is a different matter. If you do not attend a Booking and have not cancelled it, the Business may apply the no-show charge shown to you at checkout, which can be no more than 50 per cent of the price of the service; a no-show charge applies only where it was shown to you before you confirmed, and never above the figure you were shown. If nobody attends to provide a Booking, you can report it from the Booking once its start time has passed and for up to 30 days after it. The Business has 3 days to respond, and nothing is paid to it for the Booking meanwhile; if it does not respond, or GoSavis finds that nobody attended, your payment is refunded in full, including the fee, through the original payment route, whether or not the Business has already been paid for the Booking.

An appointment that falls inside those 14 days is provided while you can still cancel, so it can be booked only with your request that the Business provide the service within that period. Checkout says so directly above the booking button, naming the Business and the date, and booking with that statement shown makes the request; if you would rather not make it, you can choose a date after the period ends. The request does not affect your right to cancel before the service is provided: until then you may cancel for any reason and your payment is refunded in full. Once the service has been provided in full and the Business has marked the Booking complete, you can no longer cancel it for a refund. Until then, and on any Booking made without the request, including one a Business makes for you by phone or message or in person away from its premises, your right to cancel continues after the appointment for the rest of the period: you may still cancel the Booking from your bookings in GoSavis, and your payment is refunded in full, including the GoSavis booking fee.

If you do not attend a confirmed Booking and have not cancelled it, the Business may apply only a lawful no-show charge disclosed before you confirmed, no higher than the amount recorded for that Booking. The charge is calculated on the service price alone. It is taken only from the payment already made for the Booking and is not billed separately.

GoSavis refunds any booking fee actually charged and not already refunded. That fee is protected for you before the amount available for the Business’s charge is calculated. We return the remaining payment above the lawful charge as well, without deducting the payment provider’s processing fee. We account for earlier refunds, never reclaim an earlier refund and never refund a waived or previously refunded fee twice.

Your statutory rights and any more generous full-refund guarantee remain unaffected. You may challenge an incorrect no-show record through the Booking or support@gosavis.com.

On a contractual cancellation, we first set aside for you the GoSavis booking fee actually charged and not already refunded. The Business’s lawful cancellation charge is calculated on its service price alone and can be collected only from the remaining payment after that fee has been set aside. We refund the protected booking fee and any other amount above the lawful charge.

These customer protections apply to every Booking, including an earlier Booking, regardless of the Operator Agreement version accepted by the Business or earlier checkout wording about retaining fees. GoSavis keeps no booking fee on a cancellation or customer no-show and deducts no payment provider processing fee from your refund. A waived or previously refunded fee is not refunded again.

If the Business cancels or fails to provide the Booking, the applicable full-refund guarantee returns all amounts paid for it, including any booking fee, whether or not a payout has already left. Previous refunds count towards the total due; they are not paid twice. A customer refund is not made conditional on GoSavis first recovering money from the Business.

Refunds follow the original funding routes described in GoSavis Credits where credits were used. Existing statutory rights and stronger promises attached to a Booking are preserved.

A Business may also refund all or part of what you paid through GoSavis for a Booking. The refund goes back through the payment route you used, and you are told the amount and the reason the Business gives.

The model cancellation form and the ways to cancel a Booking are set out on their own page.

Stripe, a card issuer or a bank may require authentication, reject a payment, reverse funds or investigate a dispute. We and the Business may use booking, communication and payment evidence to respond. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or prevents you from using a statutory complaint, chargeback or court process where available.

Our Complaints page explains who deals with a complaint about a service, about GoSavis or about content, and how to make one.

GoSavis Credits

Earning and ownership

GoSavis Credits are promotional booking credits issued under an offer whose conditions you meet. They are not purchased or topped up. The referral offer is limited to eligible adult participants and businesses acting through authorised adults in the Great Britain market, in pounds sterling. Referring a customer earns no credits. Earning and spending launch together only when the offer opens.

The owner is the identified individual participating through a personal account, the named legal organisation participating through its business account, or the named sole trader trading under that business name. An administrator manages the organisation’s credits but does not own them personally. Credits remain attached to the original earning account and cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, given away or withdrawn to a bank or wallet. Their displayed value is the amount usable for an eligible booking, not a general promise to pay cash.

The promotional terms define qualifying referrals, optional business participation, the up-to-1,000 allocation cap and the earning window. Rewards are 10% of the recorded eligible net-fee basis for a qualifying completed wholly card-paid booking. That basis is calculated from GoSavis commission and the customer booking fee, taking account of fee refunds, reversals, paid contributions to the business’s card costs and processing costs borne by GoSavis. The business’s own processing costs do not reduce that basis. Each booking’s reward is rounded down to whole pence. Separate referral-link commission relief and business billing credits remain governed by their own terms.

Pending, available and expiring credits

A qualifying completed booking creates pending credits. They cannot be spent until the booking money is released to the business under the applicable release conditions. At release the credits become immediately usable for eligible bookings and expire 12 calendar months later. We show pending and available amounts and expiry information. The business’s earning window and each credit’s spending period are separate.

Credits already earned from bookings completed before a genuine later ownership/team relationship change or a business’s withdrawal retain their normal release rights. No reward arises from a booking completed at or after the relevant effective change or withdrawal. Existing allocated opportunities can continue after the referrer’s deactivation under the promotional terms; deactivation does not extend the earning window.

Using credits at checkout

Choose whether to use available, unexpired credits towards the amount due, including a deposit, but not a tip. Checkout shows the amount applied. Checkout displays the credits, any card remainder, booking fee and later balance. If credits cover the entire service price, the customer booking fee is waived and credits equal only that service price are spent; no card payment is required for the Booking. Covering a deposit alone does not pay the remaining balance or trigger that waiver.

Selected credits are reserved during checkout so they cannot be spent twice. A confirmed payment consumes the reservation. A failed, abandoned or expired checkout releases it without ordinarily extending the original expiry, subject to the blocked-use protection under Expiry and ending admissions below.

GoSavis funds the credit benefit. The business’s agreed service price and normal commission do not change; only actual processing charges payable under its agreed arrangements are deducted. No hypothetical card fee is charged where no card payment occurs. GoSavis bears additional costs solely caused by funding and settling the credits. Existing payment-release safeguards remain. A partly or wholly credit-funded booking generates no further referral reward at launch.

Refunds

We first determine the refund entitlement under the Booking’s terms and statutory rights. We return the refundable card-funded amount to the original card and restore the refundable credits actually spent to the original GoSavis account. For a partial refund, we split it proportionately to the funding of the component refunded, treating service price and booking fee separately where their refund entitlement differs. We reconcile previous refunds and never return more to either route than remains refundable from it.

Genuinely refunded credits receive a fresh expiry of 12 calendar months from restoration, even if their former expiry passed while committed to the Booking. We show the card and credit portions separately. A waived or previously refunded fee is not refunded again. Restored credits are not later referral earnings and must not be used to discharge a negative credit adjustment. They remain a separately identifiable, spendable restored entitlement on the original account, subject to justified restrictions and the normal refund/abuse protections.

Releasing an unspent checkout reservation is not a booking refund and does not ordinarily restart expiry. The safeguards under Expiry and ending admissions below apply where GoSavis prevented legitimate use. These funding rules do not reduce any statutory refund or stronger guarantee.

Corrections and negative adjustments

Where a later fee refund, lost dispute or other justified correction reduces the GoSavis fee retained, we recalculate the affected award under the same per-booking formula and make an explained correcting entry. Errors, ineligibility or established abuse may also justify correcting the affected entitlement through the promotional terms’ notice, response and human appeal process. A shared identifier or automated flag is not proof of abuse.

If affected credits were spent, the negative adjustment may be offset only against later earned referral rewards. It is not a cash debt and is never recovered by demanding money, charging a card or bank account, or withholding business payouts. Refund restorations and reinstatement of a wrongly held entitlement are not later earnings and are not consumed by that offset. A correction does not itself invalidate a legitimate credit-paid booking or reduce its provider’s agreed entitlement.

Temporary holds must be justified and targeted. If the concern is cleared or the decision overturned, we release or restore the entitlement and apply the expiry protection below.

Expiry and ending admissions

Unused credits ordinarily cease to be spendable after the expiry shown. Genuine refund restorations receive the fresh period under Refunds above. Where GoSavis prevents legitimate use of valid credits, we extend expiry by the blocked period and provide at least 30 calendar days from restored access where that is later. This covers a cleared hold, a platform failure preventing redemption and a GoSavis-caused delay after a valid reactivation request. Voluntary deactivation alone does not pause expiry.

Closing new programme admissions does not cancel existing legitimate credits or allocated earning opportunities. The promotional terms govern the 30-day notice, lifetime cap, participation and withdrawal conditions. A change to existing contractual rights follows the applicable terms-change process; it is not made valid merely by ending admissions.

Deactivation, erasure and original-account redemption

Ordinary account closure is reversible deactivation. We show your pending and available credits, expiry dates and continuing earning opportunities before closure. Legitimate credits and already allocated referral opportunities are not automatically forfeited. No new programme place is attributed while your account is deactivated. To spend, securely reactivate the same original account; there is no reactivation fee, required paid plan or compulsory marketing consent. Reactivation does not restart earning periods or renew expired credits except under the expiry protection above.

A personal-data-erasure request is a separate process, not an inferred surrender. We delete data no longer lawfully needed and explain the minimum retained records and their purpose. Retaining entitlement or legal records does not justify retaining an entire profile. We do not promise reconstruction after information has been lawfully and irreversibly erased. Before an irreversible step, we address its effect on any surviving entitlement consistently with your rights.

You may explicitly surrender credits or a remaining earning opportunity after a clear explanation of the amounts and consequences. Closure, inactivity or an erasure request alone is not such a choice. No general cash-out, transfer to another account or support-side off-account redemption is provided.

If GoSavis restricts ordinary access, legitimate credits are not automatically confiscated. Secure redemption-only access, where lawful and safe, remains through the original account. If even that access cannot lawfully be permitted, GoSavis must assess and provide an appropriate lawful resolution; these terms do not exclude a remedy required by law. Account closure does not cancel an existing Booking, defeat its refund rights or turn a negative credit adjustment into a cash debt.

Referral promotional terms

Offer summary

Refer a qualifying new business to GoSavis in Great Britain and earn promotional booking credits under this offer. This is not 10% of the business’s sales.

The offer covers up to 1,000 valid business allocations in total. The business must actively choose to participate; no place is reserved merely by sharing a link or starting signup. Allocations occur after eligible onboarding is complete. The earning opportunity lasts up to 12 calendar months from final approval to take bookings, while the business remains eligible and participating.

Earning and spending open together. Earned credits are pending until the booking money is released to the business; they then become spendable for 12 calendar months, subject to the protections below. Only otherwise qualifying bookings paid wholly by card earn rewards at launch. Credits may fund eligible bookings and deposits, not tips. They cannot be bought, transferred or withdrawn as cash. The conditions below apply.

Eligibility, participation and credit ownership

GoSavis Limited runs the offer for the Great Britain market, with credits recorded in pounds sterling. To enter the offer, an individual must be aged 18 or over, or a business must act through an authorised adult representative, using its original GoSavis account. Customer invitations earn no credits. This offer does not extend to Uganda or Northern Ireland.

Before a referral is recorded, we identify whether the participating referrer is an individual, a named legal organisation, or a named sole trader trading under a business name. Credits belong to that legal participant on the original earning account, not personally to an organisation’s administrator. Changing an authorised administrator does not transfer ownership. Personal and business balances cannot be transferred between accounts.

A referred business must make a separate, unselected-by-default choice to participate after receiving the programme and disclosure explanation. No choice means no allocation and no named programme-progress disclosure. Declining does not prevent ordinary GoSavis onboarding and does not remove any separate referral-link commission relief under its own terms.

You cannot earn from a business you already own or whose team you already belong to. If you genuinely become an owner or team member later, credits from qualifying bookings completed before that effective change remain protected, including pending credits released later. Bookings completed at or after the effective change earn no further credits. GoSavis records the effective change time and the evidence; a later reporting timestamp does not, by itself, extend eligibility. Concealed earlier relationships and established abuse remain subject to Checks, corrections and appeals below.

Places, attribution and entry at launch

The cap is 1,000 valid allocations over the offer, one per legal business, not 1,000 businesses participating at any one time. A place is allocated and confirmed only after required onboarding, eligibility, the business’s participation choice and applicable contractual agreements are complete. A decline or abandoned signup before allocation uses no place. Eligible completions are allocated in a consistent recorded order, subject to correction and appeal, without exceeding the cap.

The first valid recorded referral determines attribution. The invited business must create its account through the valid invitation within the invitation’s original 90-day period. Seeing the counter, opening a link or accepting these terms does not reserve a place. The counter describes places remaining to be allocated and is not a guarantee that a place will remain available when onboarding finishes.

A valid allocation stays counted if the business later withdraws, stops participating or is ultimately refused approval; it is not recycled. A refusal overturned on appeal or reinstatement preserves the original place. A genuinely duplicate or technically erroneous allocation that was never valid may be corrected, with an audit record.

An invitation sent before launch may qualify where account creation took place within its original invitation period and programme-eligible onboarding completes after launch. Launch does not renew an invitation. Businesses fully onboarded before launch are not retrospectively enrolled, and bookings completed before launch earn no backdated credits. A specific earlier promise or entitlement is assessed and honoured where properly owed. If the referrer deactivates before a place is allocated, no new place is then attributed to that account.

Earning period, final approval and withdrawal

The earning period starts on final approval for the referred business to take bookings, not at account creation, email verification, onboarding, initial refusal or first booking. A business later approved on appeal or reinstatement keeps its allocated place and starts its period on that final approval. We show the recorded start and end of its 12-calendar-month period. Only qualifying bookings completed within that period can earn credits; creation or later money-release time does not move a booking into the period.

A participating business may withdraw without a programme-exit fee or closure of its ordinary business account. Withdrawal takes effect when GoSavis receives a valid instruction from an authorised representative. Legitimate rewards from bookings completed beforehand remain protected; bookings completed at or after withdrawal earn none, even if booked earlier. New progress disclosures stop. The referrer receives only a neutral explanation that the referral is no longer earning, not the business’s reasons; necessary earlier-credit updates may continue.

The referrer’s voluntary deactivation does not itself end an already allocated earning opportunity, including a place awaiting approval. It neither restarts nor extends the earning period. The business-withdrawal and effective ownership or team-change rules continue. The referrer may expressly surrender the remaining opportunity after a clear explanation.

Calculation, release and expiry

Rewards are 10% of the recorded eligible net-fee basis for a qualifying completed wholly card-paid booking. That basis is calculated from GoSavis commission and the customer booking fee, taking account of fee refunds, reversals, paid contributions to the business’s card costs and processing costs borne by GoSavis. The business’s own processing costs do not reduce that basis. Each booking’s reward is rounded down to whole pence. A waived or fully refunded fee contributes nothing. Cash, mobile-money and partly or wholly credit-funded bookings earn no credits at launch. Cancelled or uncompleted bookings earn none. There is no guarantee of bookings, retained fees or reward amount. GoSavis funds the reward; the referred business pays nothing extra for it.

A qualifying completion first creates pending credits. They become available only when the booking money is released to the business under its applicable release rules. A delay for a payment issue, refund or dispute can therefore delay availability. Each credit expires 12 calendar months after it becomes available to spend, independently of the business’s earning period. We show balances and expiry information. Genuine refund restorations and GoSavis-caused blocked use receive the protection in the GoSavis Credits terms.

For a £100.00 service on the updated Core schedule after the business’s acceptance takes effect, an own or returning client’s booking has £0.00 commission and a £1.49 customer booking fee. Suppose the booking is completed, wholly card-paid in one payment, without a discount or refund, and the actual provider fee is £1.72. Once GoSavis has paid the £0.42 card-cost contribution, the recorded eligible net-fee calculation produces a rounded referral reward of £0.10. Other card fees, refunds and applicable commission terms can change the result.

For a £100.00 service on the updated Core schedule after the business’s acceptance takes effect, an introduced client’s first qualifying booking has £17.00 commission and a £1.49 customer booking fee. Suppose the booking is completed, wholly card-paid in one payment, without a discount or refund, and the actual provider fee is £1.72. Once GoSavis has paid the £0.42 card-cost contribution, the recorded eligible net-fee calculation produces a rounded referral reward of £1.80. Other card fees, refunds and applicable commission terms can change the result.

Spending and information disclosed

You may use available, unexpired credits towards an eligible checkout amount, including a deposit, but not a tip. If credits cover the entire service price, the customer booking fee is waived and only that service price is deducted in credits. A credit-paid deposit does not by itself pay the remaining balance or qualify for that waiver. Checkout shows the credit and card amounts before confirmation. Credits remain usable only through the original earning account; deactivated holders must securely reactivate it without a reactivation fee, paid plan or compulsory marketing consent.

A genuine refund restores the refundable credit-funded portion to the original account with a fresh 12-month expiry and returns the refundable card-funded portion to the original card. Partial refunds are allocated proportionately to the funding of the component refunded, with the service price and booking fee treated separately where their entitlement differs. Previous refunds are reconciled; a waived fee is not refunded as paid. Refund restorations are not later earnings and are not used to pay off a negative credit balance.

Only after the business chooses participation may the referrer see its business name and limited progress. Pending and available rewards are totals across referrals, not individual booking records. We do not disclose customers’ details or the referred business’s individual bookings or booking payments. Nevertheless, rewards and progress can allow estimates of GoSavis fees and inferences about trading activity, particularly with one referred business; the information is not anonymous. Neutral programme notices follow the separate notification preferences. Neither participation nor sharing a code gives a referrer authority to represent GoSavis or the business, or permission to send unlawful marketing.

Eligibility checks, corrections and appeals

Do not self-refer, conceal ownership or team membership, create false bookings or accounts, make duplicate claims for the same legal business, or arrange transactions mainly to generate improper credits. First-valid attribution and legal-entity identity may be checked. Shared telephone numbers, addresses, payout accounts or suitable payment-provider identifiers are indicators for human review, not proof of abuse. We do not routinely collect raw card details or identity-document copies solely for this programme.

Where reasonable grounds require investigation, we may temporarily hold only affected credits to the extent justified. We explain the concern as far as reasonably possible and give the participant an opportunity to respond. A permanent reversal requires an evidence-based decision identifying the affected award and reasons, with a human appeal. Unrelated legitimate credits are not automatically frozen. Contact support@gosavis.com with the referral reference or business name to challenge attribution, eligibility, a hold or a correction. A database result or a flag is not unchallengeable evidence.

A refund, chargeback, lost dispute or justified correction may change the GoSavis fee retained. We recalculate the affected reward using the calculation above and make an explained correcting entry. If it has been spent, a negative adjustment may be offset only against later earned rewards: it is not a cash debt and is never recovered from a card, bank account or business payout. Restored refund credits and reinstated legitimate entitlements are not new earnings and are not diverted to that offset. An award correction does not itself undo a legitimate credit-paid booking or reduce its provider’s entitlement. If a concern is cleared or an appeal succeeds, we release or restore the affected entitlement and apply the blocked-use expiry protection. An approval refusal does not recycle a valid place or defeat the appeal protection in Places, attribution and entry at launch and Earning period, final approval and withdrawal above. Account restrictions must follow the applicable terms and law; this clause grants no unrestricted confiscation power.

Ending admissions

GoSavis may close admissions before all 1,000 places are allocated for a genuine, documented reason by giving at least 30 calendar days’ advance notice. The notice states the reason and closing date and time on the programme page and is sent to existing programme participants. Normal allocation continues until the earlier of that deadline and exhaustion of the cap.

Places already validly allocated, including those awaiting final approval, keep their existing earning opportunity subject to the same eligibility and withdrawal conditions. Closing admissions does not cancel earned or pending credits, accelerate expiry or prevent a qualifying later release. A different change affecting existing rights must follow the applicable contractual change process; this clause does not override a stronger fixed closing-date promise already made.

A necessary temporary pause to address a serious security incident or legal requirement must be limited to what is required and does not itself cancel legitimate accrued rights.

Account access, erasure, surrender and rights

Ordinary closure is reversible deactivation, not an automatic surrender of available credits, earned pending credits or already allocated referral opportunities. No new places are allocated to the deactivated account. Existing entitlement remains subject to release, expiry, eligibility and corrections; spending requires secure reactivation of that same account. Voluntary deactivation does not pause expiry.

Erasure requests are handled separately. We delete information no longer lawfully needed and explain any minimum record retained for an entitlement, legal obligation or claim; we do not infer surrender from an erasure request. We show the balance and consequences before any informed, voluntary surrender. Necessary retention does not authorise retaining the whole profile. The Privacy Policy explains the retention process.

Where GoSavis prevents legitimate use, expiry is extended by the blocked period and to at least 30 calendar days after access returns if that is later. Where ordinary access cannot be restored, secure redemption-only access must remain on the original account where lawful and safe. No account-to-account transfer, routine cash withdrawal or redemption outside that account is offered. This does not exclude a remedy required by law where GoSavis cannot lawfully provide any effective route.

This offer does not remove statutory rights, complaints or correction rights and does not replace the separate business referral-link commission relief.

Content you post

When you post content on the platform you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reformat, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. We will only use your content in ways that are consistent with the purpose for which you posted it.

You must not post, send or link to content that is illegal, fraudulent or materially misleading; threatens, harasses or abuses another person; promotes hatred, exploitation, violence or a criminal offence; contains pornography, non-consensual intimate material or child sexual abuse material; encourages, promotes or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous stunts or harmful-substance use; exposes personal information without authority; infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; advertises prohibited goods or services; or amounts to spam, a fake review or hidden advertising.

We may use user reports, rules, technical signals and human review to investigate content. Depending on severity and context, we may reduce distribution, remove content, preserve evidence, warn or restrict an account, suspend access or report a matter to an appropriate authority. We prioritise reports involving imminent physical harm, child safety and non-consensual intimate material. While a report about a post, review, comment, photo or other content is waiting for a decision, we leave that content out of recommendations and search. We leave a whole Business or profile out of them only while a report of terrorism content, child sexual exploitation and abuse content or an intimate image shared without consent is waiting, or while its account is suspended. What is left out stays at its own address, and it is offered again once the report is decided, unless the decision removes it.

Use the Report control beside content where available. You can also use Feedback and reporting or email support@gosavis.com. Identify the content, explain why you believe it is illegal or breaches these terms, and include any information needed to assess the report. If we remove your content, or suspend or restrict your account, after a report and you believe the decision is wrong, you can appeal it from the link in the notice we send you. Someone other than the person who made the decision reviews the appeal, we decide it within 7 days and tell you the outcome, and where we overturn the decision we reverse what we can, although removed content cannot always be put back. You may complain about any other decision through the same routes, and we will review the complaint separately where practicable and tell you the outcome unless law, safety or another person's rights prevent us.

How we protect you from illegal content

This section sets out how we protect people from illegal content on GoSavis, how we deal with it once we know about it, and how you can tell us about it. It applies to everything anyone can post, send, upload or link to on the platform.

How we find illegal content

We do not scan, filter or automatically classify what you post, and we do not profile users or analyse behaviour to look for illegal content. We rely on reports from the people who use GoSavis and from anyone else who sees something on it, on information from the police, a regulator or another authority, and on our own review of content. If we begin using an automated tool for this purpose, we will set out here what the tool is, when it is used and how it works, before we start using it.

The proposed Cloudflare photo-checking feature is not currently enabled. Before introducing it, we will explain the processing in our Terms and Privacy Policy and complete the applicable notice and compliance steps. Our existing content-reporting and moderation arrangements continue.

How quickly we act

Where anyone tells us about content that may be illegal, or we become aware of it in any other way, a person looks at it. Where we have reasonable grounds to infer that it is illegal, we remove it or restrict access to it as quickly as we can, and we record the decision and what the content was before it was removed, so the decision can be answered for later.

Terrorism content and child sexual exploitation and abuse content are the most serious things that can appear on any service, and reports naming either are dealt with ahead of everything else. We remove content of either kind as soon as we have reasonable grounds to infer it is present, and we do not wait for any other process to finish first. We report child sexual exploitation and abuse content that we detect on the platform to the National Crime Agency, as the law requires, and where telling an account holder that a report has been made would prejudice an investigation we do not tell them. Every other kind of priority illegal content is dealt with in turn, and we aim to keep the time any of it is on the platform as short as we can.

A private conversation is treated differently, and deliberately so. Because both people hold a copy of a message, upholding a report about the words of a conversation or a message does not delete them: deleting them would destroy the other person’s record of an exchange they may need. We record the decision and, where it is warranted, act on the account instead. A photo sent in a conversation is different: where we uphold a report about it, we remove it from the conversation for everyone in it, the words stay, and we keep a copy privately as evidence for as long as our retention periods allow.

Messages from people you do not know

A first message to you from someone who is not one of your contacts arrives as a message request rather than an open conversation. Someone is your contact if you share a Booking with them, have accepted a request from them or have messaged them. You can read a request and accept, decline, block or report it; until you accept it, the sender cannot send you anything more, including a photo, and declining it closes it without telling them. An invitation to a group from someone who is not your contact arrives the same way. A message to a Business about its services is never a request. A photo sent to you by someone who is not your contact is covered until you choose to view it, and if you block someone who shares a group with you, what they say in that group no longer reaches you.

Intimate images shared without consent

If you tell us that an intimate image of you has been shared on GoSavis without your consent, we treat the report as the most urgent kind we receive. We remove the content within 48 hours of a valid report, together with any copy of it that we identify, and we act on the account that shared it.

Telling us about illegal content

Anyone can report content on GoSavis, and you do not need an account to do it. You can report content whether or not it is about you: as the person the content is about, as someone it targets, as a parent or carer of a child who uses GoSavis or who the content affects, as an adult helping another adult, or simply as someone who has seen it. You can report a business or personal profile, a service listing, a post, a review, a comment, a photo or a video, and, if you are signed in, a conversation or a single message in it. You can report content you believe is illegal and content you believe is harmful to a child.

Use the Report control beside the content. If you cannot reach one, or you have no account, go to Report content, where you can paste a link to what you have seen and describe the concern in your own words. If you have no account, we give you a reference for the report and ask for an email address if you would like updates about it. Whether or not you have an account, you can choose not to receive updates when you report. You can also email support@gosavis.com. Identify the content, explain why you believe it is illegal or harmful, and include anything we would need to assess it.

A person reviews every report and the decision is recorded. Before you report, we tell you who will be told what about it. Once we decide a report about content anyone can see, we tell the person or Business responsible for it our decision and that it followed a report, unless telling them could prejudice an investigation. Nobody in a conversation is told about a report on it or on a message in it, and the person who sent a photo we remove from a conversation is told that it was removed. We never tell anyone outside our team who made a report or what they wrote.

Complaining about what we do, or do not do

You can complain to us about content you have reported that we have not removed, about a decision to remove your content or restrict your account, and about a failure by us to do what this section says we will do. Use the same routes, and say that you are complaining rather than reporting. The complaint route in the content rules above sets out how we handle it, and a decision to remove your content or suspend your account after a report can be appealed as the content rules describe.

If we get it wrong

If we remove your content, or suspend or close your account, in breach of these terms, you may bring a claim against us for breach of contract. Nothing in these terms takes that right away from you.

We apply this section consistently, to everyone, whatever the content is and whoever posted it. In deciding what to do we take account of your right to freedom of expression within the law and your right to privacy, and we do not read private conversations except where a report or a legal obligation requires it.

Reviews and recommendations

A review must describe a genuine experience and must not be bought, fabricated, copied, posted by the reviewed Business or its staff as a customer, or influenced by an undisclosed reward. A Business must not suppress negative reviews, condition an incentive on a favourable score or ask another person to misrepresent their experience.

Who can leave a review

A review can be left only from an account that has completed a Booking through GoSavis: of a Business or one of its services, a Booking with that Business; of a car park or an event, a Booking there; and of a named team member who delivered a service, a Booking they were assigned to. A car park or an event is reviewed as itself, whoever runs it. Each account may leave one review of each Business, service, car park, event or team member. Once a Booking is complete we send the same review invitation to every Customer whose Booking completed, subject to their notification settings; it is not selected by how the Booking went.

What the completed-booking mark shows

A review carrying the mark "Completed booking" was written from an account that completed a qualifying Booking through GoSavis, and GoSavis checked that Booking before the review was published. The mark verifies the Booking, not the review: it is not independent proof that any statement in the review is accurate, and GoSavis does not check individual statements before publication.

Incentives

When writing a review you can record anything you were offered or received for leaving it, in your own words. Whatever you record is published with the review and shown wherever the review appears, marked "Incentive received". A review written for a reward that is not disclosed may be removed. A Business must not offer a reward for a favourable rating or review, must not choose whom to invite to review by how they are expected to rate, and must not ask a Customer to change or remove a review in exchange for a refund or any other benefit. GoSavis does not reward Customers for leaving reviews, and nothing on the platform pays or credits anyone according to the rating they give.

Publication and editing

A review is published as soon as it is submitted. Its author may edit the rating, the text, the tags and the incentive disclosure for seven days after writing it; after that it stays as written. A Business may publish one reply to a review of itself, of one of its services or of a car park or an event it owns, and the host of a car park or an event that no Business owns may publish one reply to a review of it; a reply is shown beneath the review. Authors cannot delete a review themselves; a request concerning your own review and your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, separately from any request by a Business to remove criticism.

Moderation

Reports are looked at by a person. We may ask the author or the Business for evidence, and we may remove a review, or restrict an account, where a review does not describe the author's genuine experience, was written by the reviewed Business or its staff posing as a Customer, was written for an undisclosed incentive, forms part of a pattern that does not reflect genuine Bookings, contains personal information about staff or other Customers, is unlawful or breaches the content rules above, or is unrelated to what it reviews. A Business cannot remove or edit a review of itself, of its services or of a car park or an event it owns, and we do not edit reviews on a Business's behalf. If your review is removed and you believe the decision is wrong, the appeal route in the content rules above applies.

How ratings are calculated

The rating shown for a Business is the plain average of the star ratings on its published reviews, including reviews of its services and of the car parks and events it owns, and the count beside it is the number of those reviews; in the Business's list of reviews, a review of one of its car parks or events names it. The rating shown for a car park or an event is the average of the published reviews of it, and a service's rating is the average of the published reviews of that service. Nothing is weighted, paid placement has no effect on a rating, and no rating is stored separately from the reviews it is calculated from: when a review is removed or otherwise unpublished, it leaves the rating and the count the moment it leaves the list.

Reporting a review

To report a review, open its options menu and choose Report, then give the reason. You can also use the contact route in the content rules above. We record what was reported and the outcome.

Acceptable use and platform security

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, overload the service, automate account creation, interfere with another user, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service or use platform data to train an artificial-intelligence system without our written permission. Security concerns should be reported privately to support rather than tested against production users or data.

Availability and changes to the service

We may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw a feature. We try to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active paid service or confirmed Booking, but urgent security, legal or reliability work may require immediate action. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The GoSavis name, logo, brand assets, software, and the look and feel of the platform are the intellectual property of GoSavis Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use any of these assets except as needed to use the platform itself; in particular, you must not copy, reverse engineer, or build derivative works from any part of our software.

Disclaimers and liability

A Business, not GoSavis, supplies the booked service and is responsible for its description, quality, safety, legality and performance. GoSavis is responsible for providing the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee that a listing is error-free, that a Business will accept or fulfil every Booking, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by the Business, information you supplied, an event outside our reasonable control or your use of the platform for a trade or business. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you use GoSavis for business purposes

The Operator Agreement and any payment terms govern business-specific liability. Unless those terms provide otherwise, and subject to liabilities which cannot be limited, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or goodwill, and GoSavis's aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the greater of £100 and the platform fees paid by that Business in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may request account closure or erasure through the routes explained in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. During recovery restrictions, data export and account deletion are handled through appropriate verification, not automatically enabled or refused. The verification must be proportionate and must not be used to evade applicable rights or response requirements.

Ordinary reversible deactivation and personal-data erasure are distinct. The GoSavis Credits rules preserve legitimate entitlements without preserving unnecessary profile information. Available credits can be redeemed only through the original account after secure reactivation, including appropriately restricted redemption access where lawful and safe. This paragraph does not authorise account-to-account transfers, redemption outside the account or a new cash-out facility, and does not exclude a remedy required by law.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your activity creates a material risk to other users or to the platform, or where we are required to do so by law. Closing ordinary access does not surrender legitimate GoSavis Credits or remove Booking and refund rights. We retain only the information lawfully necessary for surviving entitlements, specific legal duties and other explained purposes, and delete or anonymise the rest under the Privacy Policy. The GoSavis Credits rules explain original-account access and separate erasure or surrender.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, except that nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in the courts of the country in which they are habitually resident if the law of that country gives them that right.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact our legal team at legal@gosavis.com, or our general support team at support@gosavis.com for help with anything else.
