GoSavis is built by four people who each own a whole discipline and ship it themselves. Small is the design, not the constraint: the person who designs a flow builds it, talks to the people who use it, and follows it to release.

Four people, no layers. Every decision sits one conversation away from the person who will build it.
Whole-craft ownership
Nobody hands work over a wall. Design, build, ship and listen are one job here, held by one pair of hands.
UK-based, remote-first
Deep work over busy calendars, with in-person time when the work genuinely calls for it.
When meetings are needed they have an owner, a clear purpose, and notes anyone who could not attend can read afterwards. The aim is a company that stays readable from the inside, so nobody has to be in the right room at the right time to know what is happening.
