Each of these five documents has a new version, published the day GoSavis opened to the public:
Terms of Use: the terms that govern your use of GoSavis.
Privacy Policy: how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: how to cancel a booking, what comes back and when, and what a business must honour.
Operator Agreement: the agreement between GoSavis and each business that lists on it.
Data Processing Addendum: part of the Operator Agreement, on how we process the personal data a business manages through GoSavis.
Which documents are agreed to
You agree to the Terms of Use when you create an account, or when you confirm a booking without one. A business agrees to the Operator Agreement, and the Data Processing Addendum that forms part of it, when it registers. The Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy explain how things work, and nobody is asked to agree to them.
If you agreed to an earlier version
If your account agreed to an earlier version of the Terms of Use, or your business to an earlier version of the Operator Agreement, we tell you about the new version by email and in the app, with the version you agreed set beside it. The new version applies to you only if you accept it; if you do not, the version you agreed continues to apply, and nothing is restricted because of it. The Terms of Use set this out under Acceptance of these terms, and the Operator Agreement under Changes to this agreement.
Earlier versions stay readable
Each document closes with a list of its versions, newest first, each with the day it was published and a link to its full text as it was published. An earlier version stays readable after a newer one is published, so the text an account agreed to stays there to read.
