Refer a provider

A referral records one fact: that an account arrived on GoSavis through your link. Operators have a referral link, and referring another provider is what the programme is for. Bringing a business you rate onto the platform lowers the commission we take from you.

1. Find your link in your operator settings, under Referrals

2. Share it with a provider you would be glad to see on GoSavis

3. They register through it, and the referral is recorded on their account at that moment

4. Once they start trading, your commission rate drops

The link is recorded at registration and only then. An account already on GoSavis cannot be attributed to a referrer afterwards, and an account can be attributed once, to one referrer, for the life of that account.

The benefit is commission relief for businesses. These business terms apply only to bookings made after your business accepts the updated Operator Agreement in GoSavis Business and that acceptance takes effect. The effective instant is the later of acceptance and the version’s stated effective day. Earlier bookings keep their recorded terms. Until then, your agreed commission and the payment provider’s actual processing fee apply. Under the updated agreement, relief reduces the once-only introduced-client commission; own and returning clients stay at 0%. An eligible founding account pays whichever commission amount is lower: 8% of the service price with no minimum, or the published schedule after any referral relief. Own and returning clients therefore remain at 0%. Referral relief reduces the introduced rate by 1 percentage point per active qualifying referral, at most 3 percentage points, never below 5%; the introduced minimum and cap still apply before the founding comparison.

The commission-relief rules are separate from GoSavis Credits:

• A referral earns nothing until the business you referred has actually traded on GoSavis. Registering is not enough, on purpose: a relief that paid out on sign-ups alone would reward accounts rather than activity

• Commission relief does not itself issue booking credits. The optional Great Britain referral-credit offer has its own participation, allocation and earning conditions in the referral promotional terms

Your operator settings show what you have earned: how many accounts arrived through your link, how many of those are trading, and the relief in effect on your rate right now.

A few rules keep the programme fair, and each one is enforced rather than merely stated.

• You cannot refer yourself: a link that names your own account records nothing

• An account is attributed once, when it registers, and a repeated registration adds nothing further

• Only referrals that are trading count towards your relief

• The relief follows the referred account: if it closes or is suspended, the relief it earned stands down

• The relief is capped at three percentage points, however many businesses you bring

• We may change or end the programme, with reasonable notice

Inviting another customer earns no credits. An eligible adult may refer a qualifying business under the separate Great Britain referral-credit offer when it opens, subject to its participation and allocation conditions. The commission relief above is a business discount, not a benefit of an ordinary customer invitation.

The commission-relief programme is governed by these rules, the Terms of Use and, for businesses, the Operator Agreement. GoSavis Credits are governed separately by the referral promotional terms within the Terms of Use, including their targeted review, reasons, response and human appeal protections. A suspicion alone is not a permanent credit forfeiture.
