Your business, your clients
These business terms apply only to bookings made after your business accepts the updated Operator Agreement in GoSavis Business and that acceptance takes effect. The effective instant is the later of acceptance and the version’s stated effective day. Earlier bookings keep their recorded terms. Until then, your agreed commission and the payment provider’s actual processing fee apply.
On GoSavis Core, commission is 0% on your own and returning clients. An introduced client’s first qualifying booking carries 17%, minimum £3 and capped at £30, once only. Commission is calculated on the service price after applicable discounts, excluding tips and the GoSavis booking fee, whether the customer pays through GoSavis or directly to your business.
Where the minimum would be more than a small booking leaves your business after card processing, the commission is reduced so that your payout is never below zero.
Choose your plan
The optional plans are GoSavis Prime at £29 a month with 10% on introduced clients, and GoSavis Max at £59 a month with 7% on introduced clients. The same £3 minimum and £30 cap apply once, and your own and returning clients remain at 0%. Plan features are unchanged.
Core includes bookings, your calendar, team, messages and reviews. Optional plan features are listed in GoSavis Business before you subscribe.
What counts as an introduction?
An introduced client comes through GoSavis discovery, search, a featured listing, a category or a map, has no earlier completed booking at your business from any source, and has not already had a booking charged as introduced. Your own profile link, link page, QR code, bookings you add and an unknown origin are treated as your own clients. Branches count as the same business. Only one booking per business and customer may carry the introduced charge; a cancelled or no-show booking that never completes does not use it up. A quote is provisional until the qualifying booking is settled.
Founding accounts and referral relief
An eligible founding account pays whichever commission amount is lower: 8% of the service price with no minimum, or the published schedule after any referral relief. Own and returning clients therefore remain at 0%. Referral relief reduces the introduced rate by 1 percentage point per active qualifying referral, at most 3 percentage points, never below 5%; the introduced minimum and cap still apply before the founding comparison.
Founding eligibility is for accounts joining from 2026-06-01, with no closing date currently set. The lock ends on 2027-09-30 or when cumulative booking volume reaches £50,000, whichever comes first.
Commission relief is separate from the held referral-credit programme. No credit reward is offered here.
Card payments
For each card payment, your business’s standard processing contribution is 1.2% plus 10p of its own share, the service price plus any tip in that payment, excluding the GoSavis booking fee. A deposit and its balance are separate payments. GoSavis covers the rest of the payment provider’s actual fee only when your payout is released and only on the amount actually paid out. Across the whole booking, this contribution by GoSavis cannot exceed the booking fee GoSavis keeps; any processing cost above that limit remains payable by your business. The estimate is reconciled with the actual provider fee. A booking refunded before payout receives no contribution by GoSavis. A no-show or cancellation charge that is kept also receives no contribution; the business pays the actual processing fee on that charge. The contribution and the provider’s actual fee are shown separately.
What customers pay
The general booking fee is £0.49 up to £20; £0.99 up to £60; £1.49 up to £150; £1.99 up to £300; £2.99 over £300. These lower bands apply to new ordinary service bookings from release, regardless of which Operator Agreement the business has accepted, with the event and parking acceptance conditions stated separately.
Events and parking
For event orders made after both the organiser’s acceptance of the updated Operator Agreement and the customer’s express acceptance of the updated Terms of Use have taken effect, the buyer’s booking fee is 2.75% per ticket, minimum 25p and capped at 50p. Otherwise, the fee is the lower of that per-ticket total and the lower general booking-fee band applied once for the whole order. The per-ticket minimum can make a multi-ticket order more expensive than the general whole-order fee when both acceptances have taken effect. No booking fee is charged on a free event order. For event bookings made after the organiser’s acceptance takes effect, the organiser pays 0% commission and its own payment provider fee, without a contribution by GoSavis. For parking, the full driver fee is 8%, minimum 30p, only for bookings made after both the owner’s acceptance of the updated Operator Agreement and the customer’s express acceptance of the updated Terms of Use have taken effect. Otherwise, the driver pays the lower of that parking fee and the lower general booking-fee band for the order. An owner whose updated agreement has taken effect keeps 100% of its price on later bookings, and GoSavis pays the provider fee from the driver’s booking fee; other owners keep their existing commission and processing rules. A guest’s express acceptance of the current Terms at checkout satisfies the customer acceptance condition.
When your payment is released
For bookings made after your business accepts the updated Operator Agreement and that acceptance takes effect, funds are released on the customer’s confirmation, 1 day after your business marks it complete, or 3 days after the service otherwise. Earlier bookings keep their recorded release timing. Statutory cancellation rights, disputes and the existing hold limits still apply. When funds are released, GoSavis instructs the payout; your payment partner’s processing time still applies.
