Share your link page

Your link page is a single URL that brings together everything about your business: your services, opening hours, reviews, contact details and custom links. It is designed to be shared.

Open your Link page tool and select the Share kit tab. It gives you a copy of the link for each place you might share it; each copy tells Performance where a visit came from, so use the one made for the place you are adding it to. The checklist in the Share kit ticks each place once a visit has come from it.

Where to add it

How do I add it to Instagram?

Copy the Instagram link from the Share kit tab in your Link page tool. On Instagram, open your profile, choose Edit profile, then Links, and add it there. It is shown on your profile beneath your bio.

How do I add it to TikTok?

Copy the TikTok link from the Share kit tab. On TikTok, open your profile, choose Edit profile and paste it into the Website field. TikTok offers this field to business accounts.

How do I add it to Facebook?

Copy the Facebook link from the Share kit tab. On your Facebook Page, open its details, edit the Website field and paste the link there.

How do I add it to LinkedIn?

Copy the LinkedIn link from the Share kit tab. On LinkedIn, edit your profile or your company Page, open its contact information and paste the link into the Website field.

How do I add it to WhatsApp?

Copy the WhatsApp link from the Share kit tab. In WhatsApp Business, open Settings, then your business profile, and paste the link into a Website field. Customers see it when they view your business details.

How do I add it to Google Business Profile?

Copy the Google Business Profile link from the Share kit tab. Open your Business Profile on Google, choose Edit profile, and paste the link into the Website field under Contact. It is shown on your listing in Search and Maps.

How do I add it to my email signature?

Copy the Email signature link from the Share kit tab and add it to the signature in your email app’s settings, as a link or as a line of text. Every email you send then carries it.

Other ways to share

The Share kit also gives you a QR code, as a PNG image or an SVG file, which anyone can scan with a phone camera to reach your page. It is drawn in your brand colour when that colour is dark enough to scan reliably, and in black otherwise. The code stays the same if you change your username.

It also gives you a share image with your business name and your page’s colours, to preview and download. The same image appears when your link is shared in a message or a post.
